Here at Bio-Creations, we strive to deliver you world-class customer service. Shipping your order in a timely fashion
is very high on our priority list. We use FedEx for shipping all of our gifts. All orders are safely wrapped and ready to
travel. Daily cut off time for placing orders is 12pm Pacific time.

We offer the following shipping options:
Fed-Ex Ground: 2-7 business days
Fed-Ex 3-Day Delivery
Fed-Ex 2nd day Delivery
Fed-Ex Overnight and Saturday Delivery

States We Ship To
We ship to all 50 States. Ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not available and additional shipping charges will apply.

Tracking Your Order
To assist you with tracking your order, we will e-mail you a tracking number associated with your shipment the day
your order is sent. Please note that it may take 24 hrs before the tracking information appears on the Fed-Ex website.
